LISTEN TO YOUR BODY – IT HAS A LOT TO SAY

Every sensation in the body is a message and one of the best things you can do it listen to these signals. For example, when you get a sore stomach or a bloated belly, feel unduly tired or your skin breaks out, these are all ways your body is saying there’s something off-kilter and it needs addressing.

IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO START PAYING ATTENTION

Take note of the signs and symptoms that your body is telling you. It’s easy to ignore these often-subtle nuances but over time, problems can build up and (sometimes) result in serious health concerns. Things like autoimmune conditions are extreme but experiencing mood swings, hair loss or diminished energy are all signs that the body is unsettled. We can all be bad at paying attention to our health but if you’ve decided to make positive changes, it’s time to start listening.

YOUR BODY IS NEVER QUIET! BUT IT CAN BE UNCLEAR

Believe me, your body is going to tell you what it needs in one way or another – and send some pretty big signs when it’s struggling. These signals could be joint pain, skin issues, irregular menstrual cycle or heavy bleeding, whereas others might not be so easy to recognise. That’s where I can work with you to identify the issues.
