Qualifications
Laura holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports and Exercise Nutrition, Personal Training Certificate Level 1, is a Precision Nutrition Coach and has completed 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training.
Experience
Laura’s degree in nutrition gave her a sound understanding of physiology, biochemistry and nutritional science. Following this she spent 6 months as a personal trainer learning to coach people in behaviour change. She then joined the BePure team and discovered Ben Warren’s philosophy, to find the root cause of health concerns, the deeper issue that’s actually causing the symptomology (eczema/fatigue/gut issues/weight gain etc.). This has changed her philosophy and influenced the way that she helps people.
Passionate About
Laura is passionate about inspiring people to take control of their own health. Laura believes food is medicine and our body has the incredible ability to heal, no matter what’s going on, we just need to feed it the right food, thoughts and movement. She loves to help educate and inspire people to eat wholefoods that are suited to their body – so that they can lead a life full of the things that they love. Laura has always been interested in food and nutrition, so she’s tried it all! As a child, she struggled with allergies and asthma, then eczema (and burn out) followed when she was a teenager and as a young adult. She tackled these issues by improving her gut and adrenal health and now wants to help others do the same.

Laura takes a holistic and personalised approach to health. She believes there’s no one ‘perfect’ diet and that the right diet is different for every individual. We’re all different people, with different genetics and physiology, so we all require personalised health and nutrition advice. With a holisitc approach, she takes into account all the body systems together, as well as diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep and exercise, and provides personalised recommendations to get you back on track with your health.
