Focusing on the hips and spine we flow through some deep juicy stretching, flossing and articulation to uplift, strengthen and activate your energy. No standing poses, work on the floor with me through this dynamic little movement snack!

Yummy flow!

Such a yummy flow that complemented a short vinyasa flow so well! Gosh, I did not realise how tight my hips were until the full hip circles!
