Can't touch your toes? Feeling tight up the back of your legs, hips and lower back? I got you! This is a functional class using fascia release, flossing and dynamic stretching to create a sense of safety and stability in the body to allow those hamstrings to let go. I would love to hear your comments with your before and after results! Also, if you are SUPER tight - use a couple of blocks under your hands to support the lunges. I'm with you all the way team!
