You made it! In this class we slowly explore moving into Bakasana. Starting with some fresh warm ups we use our props to set up a safe and supportive space to take flight! If you find yourself getting stuck at a certain point don't panic - like anything new, this skill takes time, practice and patience. Continue to revisit Parts 1 and 2 as well as the 'Save my Shoulders' class and the 'Core Rebuild' series to continue to build strength and stability in the areas that will support you in Bakasana. If you arrive here feeling confident and are able to launch into the pose immediately - fantastic! Keep an eye out for Progressions and Variations of Bakanasa as well as Flows that incorporate this pose to spice things up!
