Take flight with this 50 minute intermediate/advanced level flow. Don't be afraid! There is a healthy amount of challenge in this class that you can choose to rise to meet, or modify to your limit - taking agency of your practice is a huge part of your yoga journey. The freedom within this flow allows you to move uninterrupted with the pace of your breath so that you can fully drop into your body and your being. Have a sweat towel handy and prepare to wobble, most of all - have fun!

Fast and fun

A really great flow with achievable add ons, progressions and modifications. The poses at the end were challenging, but I feel such a sense of achievement now. This class is definitely one I'll be coming back to often. Clear guidance with a beautiful message at the end. Thanks Em

Adding this one to my favourites!

Such a fun mixture of balancing, twists and binds! The advice to use a block under the feet in crow pose really helped me achieve this pose for the first time 😁 Also loved the moment of reflection- such a nice way to finish
