With no messing around we drive straight into quick and easy burst of movement, starting mindfully and building up to a faster pace so that you can begin to find your rhythm. If you are new to Sun Salutations - I would recommend viewing the 'Sun Salutations: What and How?' video first, as well as the High Plank Workshop class so that you can get the most out of this class.
