With no messing around we drive straight into quick and easy burst of movement, starting mindfully and building up to a faster pace so that you can begin to find your rhythm. If you are new to Sun Salutations - I would recommend viewing the 'Sun Salutations: What and How?' video first, as well as the High Plank Workshop class so that you can get the most out of this class.

flow with your breath

I liked that Em gives cues throughout, helpful coz keeps mind on breathing. Sometimes you don;t even realise you're holding your breath.
